Change of Heart

Below is a bit more information about each of the members of Change of Heart.

Janet Foster, Tenor:  Janet has been singing barbershop since 1981 and won her first crown, becoming Harmony Queen for Harmony, Inc in 1992 with the quartet 'Sequel'.   She has been singing with Change of Heart since January, 1994.

Janet is Director of the Harmony Magic chorus in central Indiana (Harmony, Inc Area 4) and a chapter-at-large member of Sweet Adelines.

She works as a project manager for an ornamental metal fabricating and building enclosure specialist company, and lives in Indianapolis, IN.

Sara Stone, Lead: Sara has been singing barbershop since 1992.  She has been singing with Change of Heart since the quartet was founded in January, 1993.

Sara is Director of the Covered Bridge Country Chorus in Greencastle, IN (Harmony, Inc Area 4), Immediate Past President and Lead Section Leader of Harmony Magic (Harmony, Inc Area 4), the Harmony, Inc Vice President Administration on the International Board of Directors, and a chapter-at-large member of Sweet Adelines.

She owns her own organizing and interior design company and lives in Indianapolis, IN.

  Beverly Miller, bass:  Beverly has been singing barbershop since 1988. She is the newest member of the quartet, having joined Change of Heart in August, 2003.  

Beverly is Director of the River Magic Chorus (Sweet Adelines International, Region #4) in Huntington, West Virginia and a former regional management team member for Sweet Adelines Region #4 serving as Finance Coordinator and Directors Coordinator.  She currently serves as the WV liaison for the Young Women in Harmony program. She is also an associate member of Harmony, Inc.

She is a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Hayflich & Steinberg, CPA's, PLLC and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Her husband is Dr Ben F Miller, professor of percussion at Marshall University. They have two twelve-year-old twins, Luke and Lucy (OK, so they have four legs, fur, and they bark and lick!). All four reside in Huntington, WV.

Susan Spencer, Baritone: Susan has been singing barbershop since 1991.   She has been singing with Change of Heart since the quartet was founded in January, 1993.

Susan is Secretary, Assistant Director, and Baritone Section Leader of Harmony Magic (Harmony, Inc Area 4), the Harmony, Inc Communications Administrator on the International Board of Directors, and chapter-at-large member of Sweet Adelines.

She is currently back in school for her Masters in Computer Graphics and lives in Indianapolis, IN.
